Your listing is tied to the email address you give at checkout.

We use that address when you want to manage your listing later.
You may not use the site if you are under eighteen

Prices are in US dollars, VAT included
Local-currency amounts are approximate
The real amount charged to your card depends on your bank's rate and any international transaction fee. That difference is between you and your bank.
Your card details never reach us
Payment happens on the provider's own secure page.
An unapproved payment is not published
Your listing appears in the ranking only after the payment is approved.

Ranking listings are not refundable.
They are digital products delivered the moment the payment is approved; because the service is performed immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply. We state this on the purchase screen too.
Exception: a listing that never went live
If your listing was never published because of a technical fault on our side, we refund it.
Exception: double charge
If you were charged more than once for the same transaction, we refund the extra.
No refund for rule violations
No refund is given for a listing removed because it broke the rules.

A listing has no expiry
It doesn't fade with time; it stays on the list until someone passes it. No subscription, no repeat charge.
You can upgrade by adding a payment
It only goes one way: the amount never goes down and differences are not refunded.
Rule changes are not retroactive
We may change the floor amount; we won't retroactively remove a listing of yours that is already running.

You are responsible for your content
You declare that the brand name, description, logo and link you enter are yours or that you have the right to publish them.
You give us permission to show it
You allow us to show your content on the platform and in promotion of the platform.
Violating content may be removed
We may hide or remove content that breaks the rules without prior notice.

The service is provided as is
We don't promise that it will run without interruption or errors.
No guarantee of commercial results
We give no guarantee that appearing in the ranking will bring you revenue, customers or visibility.
We are not responsible for other people's content
Including content published and links given by other users.
Liability is limited to the amount you paid
If the platform closes, we'll tell you
We will announce it a reasonable time in advance. We refund payments for listings that are active at the moment of closure.
